Administer and manage local P&C systems and other context specific systems;
Act as a local HRMS system Super User for the local country office;
Administrate times tracking module in P&C systems, ensure that worked times is approved as per the local legislation requirements;
Maintain and update local system on a regular bases and provide reports and statistics when required;
Maintain and keep staffing lists for all categories of workforce;
Provide necessary advice and support to staff on leave utilization for different types of leaves and time sheets;
Translate relevant P&C policies (in Georgian or in English as needed);
Prepare payrolls and payment forms for staff;
Prepare employment certificates;
Maintain personnel files (electronic and hard copies) accurate, updated and confidential at all times;
Support P&C lead in recruitment process related organizational issues;
Provide necessary support in staff recruitment, selection and contracting as needed and shortlist candidates and participate in panel interviews upon the Line Manager request;
