• Provide leadership and development for the logistics (warehouse and transportation), S&OP (demand/supply planning), customer service teams to supply 10 markets, 40+ countries, >50 market locations
• Foresee and manage Supply chain operations, risks and duties to deliver target Service level at lowest costs operating 2 factory warehouses, 3 regional warehouses, 30 market warehouses, last mile delivery
• Accountable for 20M USD spend for logistics costs
• Implement S&OP process for entire group of companies (head quarters, 10 markets, 3 business units)
• Develop and deploy Supply chain strategy (including IT systems landscape development)
• Optimize inventory across supply chain
• Optimize supply network

Implement a large SAP ERP transformation for Region (Russia/Belarus/Kazakhsan) for 17 warehouses, 12 factories, 3 M USD project budget for:

• Order to cash process
• Inbound deliverie sbatch management
• Manufacturig batch management/consumption
• Outbound pallet level traceability and Hold Release

• Manage Supply planning function (Finished goods, Raw materials, Packaging, Co-packing, Import, Affiliate sales) to provide efficient operating plans/orders
• Accountable for Service Level for the region level
• Manage and optimize inventory, forecast accuracy level, optimal network distribution
• achieved 97.6% service level with 18 days of stock (best in class among industry benchmark on th market and MARS globally)

Accountable for Production performance and goals achievement for the largest factory in company globally (300 000 tons of Petfood production):

• OEE, Productivity, Manufacturing costs, Quality and Safety KPI's, CAPEX of 4 production lines, 240 poeple headcount
• Implement LEAN tools and culture: PDCA, Kaizen, 5S
• contribute to Factory master plan development
