My programming career started with an outsourcing company. I had a lot of different tasks, online stores, sites for data centers, and so on.
In the future, I decided to go completely into back-end development on nodeJs. I was developing a corporate messenger, where there were many interesting and complex tasks.
Now I am a team leader of a team of 5-6 people. I do half the time in management work: plannings, 1-1 meetings, performance review and so on. The remaining 50% of the time I continue to program and design the system.
