CONTROLLING

• Budget process : production and follow-up of annual retails and service P&L, 5 years forecast production, forecast report to the group and shareholders
• Responsible of financial reports to management committee : KPI, analysis on the catchment area, self-competition analysis, weekly analysis between forecast and realized
• Retails performance monthly/annually : ROCE & value creation follow-up, piloting P&L between forecast and realized, closing, expenses analysis, analysis of investment projects profitability
• Pricing : analysis price differences with France and Germany (price policy, elasticity), assist price decrease by looking for optimizations (supply, increase the flow,…)
• Cost optimization : productivity, optimize contracts portfolio
• Strategic development projects of country : production and follow-up of opening budget
  Improvement of tools and processes, responsible of database consistency

TREASURY

• Cash management : cashflow forecast, cash injection, manage all bank accounts and balance in regular basis
• Hedging
• Ensure financing of project : cash flow forecast, cash injection

• OPEX & CAPEX: Forecast production, monthly reports & budget control, interpret actual vs forecast
• Reenrolment Project Manager: database creation, coordinate different departments to launch and outside company for online service, monitoring and recovery in coordination with different departments
• Responsible of financial reports to management committee: cost variance calculations/reallocation, KPI, revenue recognition with variance analysis, performance indicators, cross-functional analysis
• Improvement of tools and processes, responsible of database consistency, reconciliation and consolidation between commercial and financial database

• Analytical accounting and variance analysis : cost variance calculations, cost reallocation, identify production costs, commercialization and transportation cost
• Financial report : sales control, statistics, margin control, expenses ratio, performance indicators, forecasts update
• Functional variance analysis, monthly reporting of follow-up of expenses, follow-up of projects within framework of financial transactions
