- 8+ years of professional experience in Recruiting;
- 1,5+ years of professional experience in Resource Management (Staffing and Banch management);
- Skilled in searching and interviewing different technical specialists and managers;
- Presentation and negotiation skills for all kinds of stakeholders (from C-level/Head of Offices to engineering).
- Reserve management: analyzing the quality and quantity of available specialists, making hiring/quitting decisions, ensuring cost-effectiveness, managing task assignments, and compensation, etc.;
- Managing the internal talent pool;
- Employee retention management: analyzing risks in technology segments within a location, participating in performance appraisals, planning rotations and substitutions in advance;
- Monitoring service opportunities for the company: assessing the pipeline's ability to anticipate upcoming projects and their future resource needs;
- Developing a staffing strategy in collaboration with project teams and Recruitment, PR teams;
- Assisting with candidate selection, both internal and external, as per project requests;
- Preparation of statistics (weekly/monthly and quarterly staffing statistics in projects/locations, a set of client-mandated documents);
- Managing bench resources across all company locations: collecting and sharing roll-off feedback, facilitating quick redeployment, bench reporting, and analysis.

- Establishing strong and collaborative relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers;
- Providing informational support during expatriate onboarding;

End-to-end recruiting of different Data Engineers (DB devs/admins, DWH/ETL, Reporting, Data Science, etc.)
