- To assign stands to the aircrafts, establish coordination and relevant communication between divisions/services and provide control over service provision.
- Ensure registration of all the services provided to the aircraft in the relevant documents.
- Ensure balancing the commercial load on the aircraft in a due manner.
- To observe the Ramp and Labor Safety rules when on duty and being engaged in work.
- Controlling aircrafts' movement on the apron and its operations.
- To meet the aircraft on arrival and provide additional ground handling services, within his/her competence, as requested by the A/C Commander.
- To deliver the required flight documents to the aircraft crew.
- According to the permission provided by the Patrol police, Revenue service, Security Police and Financial Department of the Company, to give consent to the Georgian Air Navigation to release the A/C.
- To provide a safe headset operation during pushback procedure.
- Promptly provide relevant services with any information received from Navigation service about limited visibility.
- In case of emergency situation, to inform immediately all necessary departments and acting following the emergency response procedures.
