• Specialized on transactions related to acquisition, sale and lease of immovable property and, in addition, supervised all legal aspects of the companies included in the practice

• Lectured on Foundations of Law (covering constitutional law, legislative drafting and adoption procedures, general administrative code and related issues).

• Managed and supervised a wide range of legal issues related to the operation and activities of the Theatre, including commercial contracts and agreements, employment issues, copyright and related matters, licensing matters, local and international purchases subject to governing legislation on public procurement; prepared and drafted amendments to the Laws on Theatres, on Culture and on Copyright and Related Rights.

• Analyzed Election Code of Georgia and prepared a set of recommendations aimed at drafting new and improved election legislation.

• Trained and advised local governance agencies and municipalities on legislation related to elections, self-governance, public administration and free access to information
• Monitored elections in various regions of Georgia and managed the election appeals process.

• Drafted laws and regulations related to local governance and self-governance, commented on the Tax Code and General Administrative Code; prepared project submissions and reports.

• Drafted credit agreements and lead the litigation practice on the collection of bad debts.

• Researched and analyzed issues related to underage crime.
