- Assess and monitor the situation of people affected by the International Armed Conflict between the Russian Federation and Ukraine, with regard to their needs in the field of restoring family links/the search for missing persons.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of caseloads, using the tools and methodologies developed by the CTAb and OSI, and produce narrative summaries on the circumstances of the disappearance of missing persons, including hypotheses on their fate and whereabouts as well as recommendations for follow up (internally and externally), and proposing potential search avenues. Prepare drafts for submissions to authorities on missing persons.
- Coordinate a team of up to 12 people in the Front Office of the CTA Bureau for the International Armed Conflict between the Russian Federation and Ukraine;
- manage the system for registering cases (CRM program): answer to questions on the CRM daily use of the program whole team, report anomalies to the CRM manager, regularly check Data entry of the team;
- draft the weekly report: compile the statistics from all team, compile all the trends;
- draft the initial SOPs of the Front Office;
- collect tracing requests of missing people from affected population and ensuring that files are completed.
- Supervising the functioning of the department and implementation of planned strategies;
- monitor efficient working of Polish immigration programs and assist to provide appropriate response to all immigration questions and resolve all issues according to required legal requirements.
- Guide clients through the buying and selling of different types of properties (including help with a permit from the Minister of Internal Affairs to buy real estate);
- training in the field of legalization of stay and employment of foreigners.
- Cooperation with customers and suppliers cooperating with the company;
- verifying the authenticity of paperwork and supporting documents.
