With over 14 years of work experience, I currently serve as the Finance and Contracting Director at PMCG. I am responsible for managing all facets of financial management and contractual oversight in alignment with the company's strategic objectives. My responsibilities extend to developing and implementing comprehensive financial strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. I actively engage in negotiating and executing contracts with clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. I provide guidance to finance and contracting teams, fostering a collaborative work environment that aligns with the company's overall goals. In my specific role as the Finance and Contracting Director of PMC RC, I am entrusted with grants management and the generation of donor-specific financial reports. This involves active participation in all phases of project development, from expression of interest and tendering to contracting, implementation, and closeout. My involvement in these processes is informed by a deep understanding of financial principles, risk management, and contract negotiation. My broader responsibilities at PMCG include the collection and thorough review of financial information, preparation of comprehensive financial analyses, and provision of pertinent financial advice and insights to the executive team. I am dedicated to ensuring that the company adheres to the requirements established by international partners and aid organizations. I have successfully participated in bidding, contracting, and implementation processes for various projects funded by USAID, such as the Competitive Trade and Jobs (CTJ) initiative in CAR, the Good Governance Initiative (GGI) in Georgia, and the Governing for Growth (G4G) program, also in Georgia. Notably, I collaborated with Tetra Tech on financial compliance for the USAID-funded GGI project. Furthermore, I possess extensive knowledge and experience regarding the requirements and regulations of organizations such as GIZ, UNDP, EC, WB, EBRD, KWF, ADB, and others.
