Luka Matcharadze

In early 2023, I founded Deliquified Labs, a Web3 startup company, building innovative interfaces and decentralized apps on the LUKSO blockchain. We brought our vision to life from concept to MVP to a live, working dApp.

As a founder, I had to improve the existing blockchain user experience through the use of smart contract-based accounts, envision new features, draw up proof of concepts, collaborate with our in-house UI/UX designer to design new user flows, and collaborate with our front-end engineer to develop the interface, writing most of the interface code myself.

Along with the interface, I also developed the backend, which included a blockchain indexer using GraphQL to track and store blockchain events, and a Node.js API to save and retrieve user-specific data to a Firebase database.

On the non-technical side, I worked on our go-to-market strategy, marketing, and brand awareness through public AMAs, Q&As, Twitter Spaces, and community calls, as well as project relations and business development.

• Drove product development from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
• Established strong partnerships with key industry players for greater market presence.
• Implemented effective marketing campaigns to increase brand recognition and attract new customers.
• Secured a grant for the startup by delivering persuasive pitches to the foundation.

Secured a grant from the ZkSync Foundation to build, test, and deploy ZkSync's native Account Abstraction (AA) wallets to the mainnet on the ZkMarkets NFT marketplace.

A custom-built Account Abstraction wallet allowed the ZkMarkets NFT Marketplace users the following:

• Set daily spending limits on their crypto wallets.
• Batch multiple transactions as one.
• Secure their crypto wallets via MFA.
• Transact seamlessly without requiring approval for each transaction.
• Set up third-party guardians for recovery.

I developed the AA wallet using the Solidity programming language, and the interface for interacting with the AA wallet using Next.js 14.

• Enhanced user experience with intuitive interface design and responsive web applications.
• Conducted thorough code reviews to identify potential areas for improvement, ultimately enhancing code quality across all projects handled by the team.
• Collaborated with management, internal and development partners regarding software application design status and project progress.
• Implemented automated build and deployment processes to streamline release management procedures.
• Developed comprehensive documentation for software applications, enabling easier maintenance and user support.
• Coordinated deployments of new software, feature updates and fixes.
• Created proofs of concept for innovative new solutions.

I worked on refactoring the front-end and back-end code for the web application built with the following tech stack: Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Firebase database, and Node.js middleware.

• Improved website user experience by redesigning the interface and optimizing navigation.
• Completed full redesigns of existing websites to improve navigation, enhance visuals and strengthen search engine rankings.
• Enhanced mobile responsiveness for better user access across various devices.
• Resolved front-end bugs promptly, ensuring optimal website performance at all times.
