Global-Level Responsibilities

• Lead Collaborative Cash Delivery (CCD) network's Global Localization Working Group: Define scope, develop strategy/action plans, and advocate for advancing localization within 14 member agencies.
• Advocate for Localization: Represent CCD in international and national platforms, promoting best practices and experiences, create synergies between CCD and global localization efforts.
• Develop CCD Core Localisation Offer: Facilitate the discussions within Localisation WG for creating of localisation products and tools.

Country-Level Responsibilities

• Conduct Research & Analysis: Assess localization trends, challenges, and opportunities in CCD collaboration platforms.
• Map Local Actors: Identify local CSOs delivering Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) and analyze their needs.
• Develop Localization Strategies: Provide technical expertise, form task teams, and identify priority areas for advancing localization.
• Facilitate Cross-Agency Learning: Promote equitable partnerships and capacity strengthening through CCD networks.
• Enhance Local Actor Engagement: Strategize forums for local leadership in CVA responses and promote partnerships with INGOs.
• Strengthen Local Actor Capacity: Provide training, curate resources, and facilitate technical and organizational development.
• Coordinate with Cash Working Groups (CWG): Collaborate with co-chairs to improve local actor engagement in humanitarian coordination.

Ukraine Response – DEC Project Specific Responsibilities

• Capture Learning on Localization Models: Document local actor experiences and contribute to CCD learning products.
• Establish Local CSOs’ Community of Practice (CoP): Set up and manage an inclusive forum for collaboration and learning.
• Facilitate Webinars & Events: Organize knowledge-sharing and networking opportunities for local CSOs.
• Enhance Coordination with CWG: Bridge discussions between local CSOs’ CoP and CWG, ensuring feedback integration.
• Provide Capacity Strengthening Support: Identify needs, curate training materials, and facilitate linkages between LNGOs and key stakeholders.

Representation & Reporting

• Represent CCD in Key Platforms: Engage in global and in-country events (such as HNPW), advocating for localization in CVA.
• Report on Localization Progress: Prepare donor reports, document activities, challenges, and lessons learned.

• To support the development and growth of the DRC portfolio in Georgia proper through strategic planning and proposal development
• To effectively contribute to the coordination of projects implemented in Georgia proper and reporting to donors
• To take the lead for communication and cooperation with the government institutions both on national and local level and to reinforce strategic partnerships with the civil society actors
• To act as DRC's main point of contact for communication and cooperation with the government institutions both on national and local level; To organize seminars, workshops and other events
• To manage short-term EU funded project on technical assistance to the Ministry (former MRA) - profiling and engineering assessment of IDP collapsing Collective Centers
• To support the implementation of USIAD MIP project through instructing community outreach teams, liaison with the governmental entities, participation in coordination meetings organized by donor, setting programme work-plans and timelines and reporting to donor
