  • I also had the privilege of working under the guidance of Brazilian chef Janaína Torres, who in 2024 was recognized as the world's best female chef. In 2022 she visited Georgia for the gastro-week added an extra layer of excitement and prestige to our collaboration. It was an honor to learn from her expertise and to be part of her culinary team, absorbing invaluable knowledge and skills that have shaped my own culinary journey. Her dedication to the craft and innovative approach to cooking inspired me to constantly strive for excellence in the kitchen.
  • As a junior sous chef, I had the incredible opportunity to travel to various cities in Europe and Georgia to represent Georgian cuisine at festivals. From the vibrant streets of Berlin to the picturesque landscapes of Verbier, and from the bustling cities of Batumi and Telavi in Georgia, each destination offered a unique platform to showcase the rich flavors and traditions of Georgian gastronomy. It was an enriching experience to share our culinary heritage with diverse audiences and to immerse myself in the vibrant culinary scenes of these captivating cities.
