Volunteer Experience

  • Volunteer School, Fall of 2023- Winter of 2024, 8 weeks, 1.5 hours per week:

Taught 5-7th-grade children of internally displaced families in Georgia, English, and helped them complete various grammar or writing assignments, improving their fluency and helping them correct speech impediments. 

  • Volunteer for Jazz and Wine Kakheti Festival for the duration of the event, 10 of October-13 of October, 2024, 8 hours per day:

Alongside other volunteers, I helped artists become acquainted with one another, translating for them from Georgian to English, and assisted them with transportation or fetching necessary equipment. 

  • School Bake Sales-2023-2024

Made pastries and baked goods for school bake sales for people in need, and helped raise thousands of Georgian Lari for them before the Christmas holidays and after natural disasters.  


Extracurricular Activities

  • School MUN- September 2023- Present, 2 hours per week, 30 weeks per year

First-ever court-style ICJ committee creator and chair at CAUMUN World in Crisis, NHSMUN participant, and Best Position Paper Award winner at CAUMUN 2025.

  • GZAAT Newspaper club - September 2024-Present, 4 hours per week, 30 weeks per year

Gazette Journalist and currently an editor, I have written and transcribed interviews on political issues in Georgia, and have now become an editor for the same section.

  • Mock Trials Club co-founder- September 2024- June 2025, 2 hours per week, 18 weeks.
  • Translating a Georgian novel, "Rabbit" By Mikheil Javakhishvili, to make it accessible to an international public, alongside 5 classmates, November 2025- March 2025.
  • School Choir, September 2023- Spring 2024, 1.5 hours per week.
  • Art History and Drawing classes- 2019-2020, 2023- Spring of 2024,

Alongside my group, we had our art and sculptures presented in group exhibitions.
