• Draft recommendations and policy proposals aimed at strengthening gender equality mechanisms within the legislative framework.
• Develop and deliver training programs on gender equality and human rights for policymakers, trainers, and women entrepreneurs.
• Work with governmental agencies, NGOs, and international organizations to align national gender policies with global best practices.
• Lead awareness-raising initiatives, including the development of public campaigns

• Conduct in-depth analysis of national action plans and strategic documents related to women's economic empowerment and gender equality.
• Identify gaps in existing policies and develop recommendations to enhance gender-responsive governance.
• Provide expert advice on integrating gender perspectives into policy-making processes.

• Responsible for the joint report by the experts' group which shall be prepared in collaboration with other members of the experts' group;
• Summarize opinions of all members of the experts' group;
• Coordinate the preparation of the joint report by the experts' group, and submit the joint report

• Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information;
• Advisor of the Healthcare and Social Issues Committee in parliament in initiating the Occupational Safety Law;
• Data Collection and Reporting: Gather relevant data and information for project monitoring, evaluation, and reporting
• Prepare timely and accurate project reports for submission to donors and other stakeholders;
• Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish a robust monitoring and evaluation framework to track project progress and impact
• Regularly assess project outcomes, identify challenges, and implement corrective measures to enhance project effectiveness;
• Donor Relations: Maintain strong and transparent communication with the project's donor, providing regular updates on project progress and achievements

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including government officials, NGOs, community leaders, and beneficiaries, to build partnerships and garner support for the project
