· Monitored and controlled the entire mineral processing operation (copper, lead, zinc sulfides plant) in according to the process flowsheet, including jaw crusher, cone crushers, ball mills, flotation circuits, gravity concentrators, on-line stream analyzer, filtration systems, and thickening areas.

· Operated the plant through the Distributed Control System (DCS) from the control room to ensure smooth, stable, and efficient operation.

· Conducted field inspections during process deviations or equipment malfunctions—diagnosing issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective, timely solutions.

· Maintained both technological and technical oversight of all plant processes to ensure optimal performance and compliance with production targets.

· Executed start-up and shutdown procedures for the production system during scheduled operations or emergency events, ensuring safety and process integrity.
