In my role as an HR and Marketing Specialist at a small IT consultancy, I have gained hands-on experience in both recruitment and marketing. I’ve learned how to effectively use LinkedIn Recruiter Lite and Boolean search techniques to find and engage IT professionals. Additionally, I actively research and reach out to companies, helping to secure new projects for our employees. On the marketing side, I manage our presence on LinkedIn and Reddit, creating content that drives engagement and enhances our brand visibility. I also assist in promoting and organizing company events, ensuring they are well-executed and attract the right audience.
Working at CHILIT has taught me how to balance multiple responsibilities, from sourcing IT talent to building relationships with potential clients. I've developed strong communication and networking skills. Additionally, managing our presence on LinkedIn and Reddit has given me a deeper understanding of digital marketing and how to engage audiences effectively.

I represented a variety of brands, including phone companies, restaurants, and alcohol brands, promoting products and services directly to customers. In doing so, I developed versatile communication and sales skills by adapting my approach to different industries and target audiences. I also strengthened my ability to build strong customer relationships and effectively showcase the benefits of each product.
I worked with a diverse range of artisans and sellers, representing and selling a variety of handmade products. This role taught me how to quickly understand and present the unique value of each item, adapting my approach to meet the preferences of different customers. Through direct interaction with a wide range of buyers, I gained valuable experience in both customer service and sales. I also developed adaptability by learning about new products quickly and adjusting my sales strategy to fit the needs of various sellers.
